Workspaces are for companies

You may create a workspace for a real business entity, including a one-person company. Personal accounts that are not tied to a business are not the intended use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to attack other parties, infringe rights, or upload content that you do not have the right to share. Maxcele staff may suspend workspaces that violate this in obvious ways while we investigate.

Service availability

We aim for high availability, but the service is provided as-is. We are not liable for downstream business consequences of platform downtime.

Payments

If your workspace is on a paid plan, billing is handled by our payment processor. You can cancel through the workspace at any time. Prepaid periods are not refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for severe abuse, in which case your data export remains available for 30 days.
